The onset of stomach flu occurred on a Tuesday night, leaving me to ponder the possible culprit: the Pea Protein. I suspect that consuming an excessive amount of it, particularly before sleeping, triggered the illness. This hypothesis is reinforced by previous experiences where I resorted to eating copious amounts of almond and cashew nuts to stave off hunger and resist the temptation of other foods.
Tuesday and Wednesday were supposed to be endurance rides, which I thought would be manageable. However, I quickly realized that I couldn't maintain my usual endurance power and had to cut my workout short.

At least for the evening workout as seen below, am feeling much better.
Reminding myself to be mindful of what I eat has become a crucial lesson in maintaining my training.
